6) Do you verify every property or guarantee profits?
No. We surface opportunities and sources, but you should always do your own due diligence (title, access, zoning, utilities, back taxes, liens, survey, flood risk, HOA/POA, etc.). We don’t provide legal or financial advice.
7) Is this for beginners or advanced investors?
Both. Beginners get a curated starting point and education; advanced investors get time savings and new sourcing channels.
8) What locations do you cover?
We focus on nationwide opportunities, and we also spotlight specific states/counties when there’s strong inventory or a timely auction/OTC list.
9) What does “OTC” mean?
OTC stands for Over-the-Counter—properties (or tax certificates, depending on the state) that remain available after a main auction ends.
